Because our items are made to order, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Normal variations in 3D printing (layer lines, minor surface texture, or color variation) are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit or defective.
